Machu Picchu is situated near Cuzco, Peru, it was discovered in 1911 by Hiram Bingham, it was believed to be a secret Incan stronghold used against Spanish rule in the 16th-century rebellion. New allegations came out that it was home to the "Virgins of the Sun. "

The huge Statue of Jesus is located in the Rio de Janeiro, atop Mount Corcovado. It was built after World War I when some Brazilians feared a "tide of godlessness." They proposed a statue which was ultimately designed by Paul Landowski, Carlos Oswald, and Heitor da Silva Costa. It is a colossal statue, stands 98 feet (30 meters) tall (without its base, with 26 feet (8 meters) high, ) its arm has a span of 92 feet (28 meters). The colossal statue of Jesus is the biggest Art Deco sculpture in the world.



The Colosseum is situated in Rome and was built in the first century; it has a measurement of 620 by 513 feet (189 by 156 meters)  and features a complex system of vaults. It was believed Christians were martyred there, and many animals were captured and killed there,  some report has it that some animals became extinct due to the killings.



Taj Mahal is a mausoleum complex located in Agra, India.  It is the finest example of Mughal architecture and the world's most iconic monuments. During the reign of Emperor Shah Jahan, the Taj Mahal was built to honor his wife, Mumtaz Maḥal, who died after giving birth to their 14th child in 1631. It took 20,000 workers and 22 years to construct the complex. The Taj Mahal was built with white marble that features semi-precious stones in floral and geometric patterns.
