Mesa's tourism peaks in late winter to early spring, reporting the highest lodging and flight rates, particularly during Thanksgiving Week all throughout Christmas Week. Temperatures are at the lowest in December and January, reaching as low as 57 degrees. Budget hunters who want to avoid the crowd are advised to visit Mesa in April when temperatures are comfortably warm at the mid-70s but hotel rates are definitely cheaper.
