Pros: Staff very friendly and willing to help. I asked for an extra comforter later in the evening and she brought it to my room right away even though she was working alone. Most appreciated

Pros: Located in a pretty decent spot. I didnt like anything else, why do I have to write about what I liked.

Cons: The room was tiny and very abused. While I like shower pressure taking a shower from a fire hose was not fun. The bathtub desperately needs to be refinished and the drain didnt stay up let alone drain. The whole place smells like 2nd hand smoke despite being smoke free. Also loved the person who smoked pot next to us all night one of the evenings. Staff was rude and literally no information about pool towels or check out times. Just stay somewhere else!!!!!!

Pros: Good location close to Old Scottsdale, Airport, expressways, stores, park, etc.

Cons: Our room keys never worked. Every time we got back to our room we had to get them re-keyed.

Not worth the price. Disappointed. Rates very high that week but I should have paid more.

Pros: Pool was ok.

Cons: didn't know there wasn't an elevator and had to lug heavy suitcases upstairs - staff helped getting them up but not down. Air conditioner blew cold air directly on one bed where i was. $100 HELD on my card for "incidentals" - there is nothing to buy there - it was a hold to return the beach towel. staff was rude in explaining that.

Pros: The pool and room were nice. The Mexican place next door was great. There is a grocery store across the street which was very convenient as well. There was also a beautiful park right next to the hotel which had a small fishing pond and frisby golf.

Cons: Double queen room was quite small. A/C was loud and no way to control blower. It was right next to 1 bed and blew on the bed. Limited space to hang clothes. No drawers for clothes

Cons: Pillows are better than foam, but kind of lumpy and comforter is somewhat heavy, but better than a plain blanket. Location is pretty good.
