Boppard: Bopparder Hamm Town
Boppard City, also known from its previous name Boppart, is a town in the district of Rhein-Hunsrück-Kreis in Germany. Boppard was just previously an individual village in the Southwest of Germany, but after later in 1976, the town was grouped together with its other neighboring villages forming the current district. Boppard, DE is actually situated a UNESCO World Heritage Site- the Rhine Gorge. Rhine Gorge is a place of geological, historical, cultural and industrial wonders. Also, like other nearby town in the southern part of Germany, Boppard, DE is actually a tourism resort town with several viticulture all over town.
Best Time to Visit
One of the popular events to watch out for is the Rhein in Flammen, a firework display in August. Bopparder Hamm located in Boppard is usually the first point before the ships carrying tourists, sails to other towns. This time of the year, hotels prices may increase because many tourists attends this event.

While in Boppard, DE, it is a must to visit one of the erected castles. There is the Thurant Castle, which is a castle and a vineyard. It stands proud in the hill above the Alken. Aside from the castles, Ruppertsklamm Gorge should never be missed out. It is a place often visited because of the wonders in it like the fossil sediments and several hiking trails.
