    Pros: The location was steps from the train station and you could see the bus station from the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good breakfast in pleasant room.

    Room was clean, breakfast ok! Great location. Very unwelcoming staff

    Cons: During my 5 night stay I only met one very nice staff. Rest of the receptionists were very unwelcoming and rude. This hotel has to work harder to improve on its staffs attitude and customer service. Specially receptionists

    Cons: We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) and the gave us a room with only two individual beds. Didnt acomodarte us in a bigger room or gave us enough bed covers to prepare an additonal bed for our child.

    Modern room at the central train station, but staff could be friendler

    Pros: The hotel is located directly at the main station and central bus station. The room is very modern and spacious. A public underground car parking carage is attached to the hotel. City center is in 10-15 minutes walking distance.
    Cons: Check-in took 15 minutes even though we pre-checked in online and there were no other guests. The receptionist was not well-informed or new and struggled with the reservations, the payments, etc. She could not tell us what the best parking tariff is (to pay at the hotel or to pay at the vending machine) even though we kindly asked multiple times; after our recommendation to ask another employee, we finally got the information. Unfortunatelly we did not feel welcome since the reception staff was not really friendly to us.
