Baldwin, Wisconsin is a small village of about 4,000 people in St. Croix County. The village next to the Town of Baldwin was formerly known as 'Clarksville' when it was founded in 1871. The renaming was done in honor of D.A. Baldwin, the Western Wisconsin Railroad manager who brought the railroad to the town. With a land area of about 8 km2, it is nicknamed as 'The Biggest Little Town in Wisconsin.
