Located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, it is also known as the Macdonald-Cartier International Airport. It is named after the two founding fathers of Canada, Sir John A. Macdonald and Sir George-Etienne Carter. Operating under the airport code YOW, it is owned by Transport Canada and is operated by the Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Authority.
