The Italica Hotels properties are now managed by the Smy Hotel Group. Rebranded under the Smy Hotels Group in late 2018, Italica Hotels properties are now a part of Smy Hotel’s range of properties with a three-star or four-star rating. These resort properties are located in Italy, Spain, and Greece. Family friendly, they offer top of the line amenities.
The Italian properties are the Borgo Magliano Resort, Area Roma, Bellamonte, and Koflerhof. Borgo Magliano offers a great location surrounded by the beautiful Maremma in Tuscany. It is also close to the Argentario and Maremma Natural Park. Area Roma blends modern amenities with world famous works of art which are prominently displayed in the public areas of the property. Bellamonte is in the Fiemme Valley and provides guests with easy access to the sites in Trentino. Koflerhof is in Rasen-Antholz.
Outside of Italy, Smy Hotels also has a property in Spain, the Hotel Smy Costa Del Sol, is a four-star property. Its facilities overlook Los Amos in the Mediterranean. It is also just a few minutes from the Malagan town of Torremolinos. Their Grecian property is the Hotel Princess Kol. The beachside property is located near the village of Mastichari, just a few miles from the town center.
