Four of its properties, aside from the Inand the Sunflowers are four-star establishments. The Lugomare Hotel is located in Riccone and is right on the sea with its own private beach. The Residence Lungomare offers apartments and aparthotels with very customizable amenities.

A unique property managed under the brand is the Inand the Sunflowers or the Locanda i Girasoli. This six bedroom bed and breakfast property is found shortly outside Riccione.
