Chaumont-Semoutiers Air Base is a French Army artillery base located in Chaumont, Haute-Marne, France. It is found two miles from the city center and just to the west of Route Nationale 67 (N67). It is owned by the local government and is operated by the Armee de Terre.

In the early years of the Cold War, Chaumont-Semoutiers Air Base was used by the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). All USAF equipment was removed in the 1960s and the facility was handed back to the French Air Force. It has been in French ownership since 1967.
