Allia Hotels is the by-product of the union of Bristol Hotels and Plaza Inn. The brand focused in providing hotel and accommodation services to the business class guests and leisure travelers.

Under the parent company Two Roads Hospitality, Allia Hotels was founded by Mark Edleson in 2001, with its first property opened in Indonesia the same year.
