Fën Hotels joined Wyndham’s portfolio of nearly 200 properties in 19 countries in the region. The company’s partner, Emprenurban, led by Fën Hotels co-founder Ivan Kozicki, has also come on as a strategic partner for Wyndham. Together they have launched Wyndham Grand Hotels in the region.
The Wyndham Hotel Group manages several hotel brands all over the world including the Ramada by Wyndham and Super 8 by Wyndham. The Fën Hotels properties were rebranded under Dazzler and Esplendor. These properties are known as boutique properties with prime locations in Latin America. They also boast of lobbies and lounges that are decorated with local historical and cultural artwork. Some locations are built from carefully renovated buildings steeped in history. They also have newly built properties offering spas and fitness centers.
