Established in 2004 with the opening of Baia Bodrum Hotel, the Baia Hotels brand has since grown exponentially. Managed by the Sönmez Industrial Holding, the brand boasts of four properties as of 2019 and is eyeing further expansion to more locations. The Turkis Brand has seaside and waterfront properties as well as a mountain resort.
The Baia Bodrum is the property that started it for the brand. Located in the Gundogan Bay in Bodrum, it features a 250meter long private beach area and offers guests all sorts of motorized and non motorized water sports. Another beachside Baia Hotels property is the Hotel Baia Lara. Located in the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in the Lara/Kudu region, it boasts of a minimalist and clean design aesthetic punctuated with luxurious touches.
