Nicolau Daban Riba has started the company DAGUI S.A in 1971 as a hotel asset for the major cities of Andorra. In 1981, Daguisa Hotels introduced the most famous four-star hotel in all of Andorra, Hotel Delfos (known today as the the Hotel Tulip Inn Andorra Delfos), and in August 2003, Hotel Fènix was opened (known today as the Golden Tulip Andorra Fènix Hotel).
