About Santos Hotels Guadalix de la Sierra

Founded in 1970, Santos Hotels started in the hospitality business with the launch of Hotel Praga in Madrid. This property featured 420 room located near the Vicente Calderon and was the forerunner of the Santos Hotels intense focus on quality service and accommodation experience. After the success of the Hotel Praga, 12 more properties were developed by the Santos brothers, still with the company’s mission of providing quality service to its customers as their main priority.

Ten years after the opening of the Hotel Praga in Madrid, the Santos brothers continued their expansion in Spain by launching a new hotel in their homeland, Santander. Hotel Santemar became an iconic landmark and served as a favorite accommodation located in the Northern regions of Spain. The hotel has 350 rooms and 12 event rooms making it the largest hotel located in the north of Spain.

Santos Hotels features several properties in different major cities in Spain that include Granada, Madrid, Baqueira, Barcelona, Majorca, Malaga, Zaragoza, Valencia and Santader. Each of these cities serves as the home of a 4-star or 5-star property with more additional hotels to come as the company continues to get new acquisitions. In the very near future, Santos Hotels will open one of their 5 star hotels in Malaga.
