Easterwood Airport, Texas, USA (CLL) is a public airport operated by Texas A&M University. Situated at a 700-acre land, it has three (3) runways measuring 5,149-foot long, 5,159-foot long, and 7,000-foot long, respectively. In 2014, it handled a total of 53,557 aircraft movements.

In 1940, Easterwood Airport opened its doors. It was named after US Navy Lt. Jesse L. Easterwood, a former A&M student who served with the Royal Flying Corps and in three (3) foreign countries. Back then, the airport had a hangar, a turf landing strip, and a taxiway. In 1948, a hangar was relocated to the airport. In 1951, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) brought a Flight Service Station (FSS) to the airport. In 1952, the first air traffic control (ATC) tower was established. In 1957, a passenger terminal was built. In 1988, a new passenger terminal, known as the McKenzie Terminal, was built. This terminal opened in 1990. The old passenger terminal was remodeled into a general aviation facility in 1994. There are two (2) airlines currently operating at Easterwood Airport. These are American Eagle and United Express. The former has routes to Dallas/Fort Worth while the latter has routes to Houston-Intercontinental. In 2018, the Dallas/Fort Worth route had 46,910 passengers while the Houston route had 27,680 passengers. Some of the best destinations nearby include Deanville, Madisonville, and Roans Prairie.
