About Oakman Inns & Restaurants Buscot
Oakman Inns & Restaurants is all about social responsibility and good food. Their first inn opened to the public in 2007. It was a simple vision of forming a mini community where people can come to enjoy good food and drink while catching up with their loved ones. It was founded by entrepreneur and CEO Peter Borg-Neal. He brought the “modern public house” concept into the 21st century, and tweaked it with his own ideas. Now, the concept has successfully evolved both historic and modern buildings into contemporary spaces that give off the sense of community Peter has always dreamed of achieving.
They also equally care for how their food is. They serve Mediterranean-inspired dishes cooked in wood-fried ovens. They also use Jasper grills for traditional cooking techniques, so people can enjoy a well-crafted menu. They have achieved to accolades at The Publican Awards, too. They were names “Best Community Pub Operator”, which they received three times within four years. In 2017, the CEO also received the “Business Leader of the Year 2017” from the same awards group.
