It is operated and owned by the Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties and is the fifth biggest airport in Pennsylvania. The entire terminal spans 910 acres and caters to several airlines, including United Express, Southwest Airlines, Delta Connection, and Delta Air Lines, Inc.
