Pros: It was centralized and we felt it was a good value.

Cons: We had a terrible experience at this property, our downstairs toilet flooded at 2am, when called I never received a call back or any direction to solve the problem. We were late checking out due to bathroom flooding again, it was a sewage backup and the front office was not only short with me but also completely unresponsive to our emergency and stated they were checking their emails when I arrived to let them know it was still flooding. Poor response from property management as well as ruining our trip dealing with a sewage backup all night. Will not stay or recommend to anyone.

Pros: The location was excellent for visiting all the sights. The staff at check in were very knowledgeable and helpful. Amenities such as indoor pool, entertainment were an added bonus.

Cons: The one full bathroom for 6 people to share very inconvenient since it's located inside the master room. Having people come in and out of bedroom during the night did not allow restful sleep. The bath was located downstairs so not very convenient for second bedroom to use.

Cons: Checking in upon arrival was strange. Since we arrived late at night, we had to use a phone just outside reception to which they gave us a code to unlock a lockbox to retrieve our keycards in an envelope with everyone elses. Check in was the following morning at reception. Not clean nor prepared for our stay. The pull out mattress wasnt prepared although the reservation was for 3 guests and shouldve been prepared. Upon pulling the mattress out, there was an exposed disgusting, massive urine stain on the mattress- see photo. When we opened the bedsheets to cover the mattress, there was human hair all over the bedsheets- I didnt get a photo of this because we got in late, my friends helped me make the bed and we were all extremely exhausted from the long road trip we did from LA. The shower definitely was not cleaned as there was hair in the shower as well- see photos. When I brought this to the attention of reception the following morning at check in, they didnt seem as concerned as they should have but did provide fresh sheets (who knows how fresh), made the pull out bed, and removed the hair in the shower. The place was generally not very clean, quite dusty. They also didnt replace the sugar I used for our coffee (which they only gave us 4 packets) and I had to call reception to request it the morning we were checking out when I realized it. I communicated to them we would be checking out soon. They didnt mention they were busy until I called back about 30 or so minutes later. I politely asked for the status of it since we had to check out within the next hour to which they replied they were busy but would call them and before I could even ask if I could just pick it up from reception, they quickly hung up without letting me say anything more. I wouldnt stay here again and I definitely would recommend NOT staying here.

Pros: The space was amazing, loved using the hot tub. Beds were super comfy.

Cons: The fireplace worked for only 2 days. I wish it was supplied with more supplies such as water bottles.

Pros: Fantastic accommodation. Great to have a full kitchen. Loved the hot spa at the end of the day after hiking the trails.

Amazing home like experience

Pros: The house is cozy and well decorated. The front desk staff is super friendly and gives you all the information you need. The specific house I stayed had one separate bedroom and one Murphy bed, so take that into account if youre traveling with more people.
