    Pros: The location was great. The room was big and clean.
    Cons: There was limited choice at breakfast. We booked a room for four but had to make up the spare bed ourselves and go back when they didn’t give us enough linen. The staff were friendly but not particularly motivated. The property is dated and the soundproofing from upstairs to downstairs non existent.

    Loved every minute. The area...

    Pros: The property has maybe ten small units with four rooms each. It has a single driveway to the back. Area has nice feel and the grounds are well maintained. Off the back where we were, there is a small path leading down to a creek you don’t know is there unless you look for it (we could see it from our 2nd floor unit). Beautiful rocks and trees line the property, any view has a mountain in it.
    Cons: The rental office is not obvious or well lit at night. There is very limited parking. We “got lucky” with a spot at our building but otherwise the “over flow” parking is at very entrance by pool.

    The room was cool.

    Pros: How secluded it was from all the other hotels and traffic is Sedona. I liked that the room felt more like a studio instead of a hotel room. The fireplace.
    Cons: The room was super dated. Fridge door didn’t close. Parking was an issue. One of the windows didn’t close so a chair was placed in front of it. Found hair in sink and tub. Peeling paint. Stuffy smell in room when we first walked in.

    Absolutely fun and loved this...

    Pros: I thought breakfast was fantastic. Not the usual continental breakfast. The chief was fantastic friendly. Always had you guessing what was on the menu the next morning. Love our room with the fireplace! Again. Fantastic. We had never stayed this far outside of Sedona. We fell in love with your place. We will definitely be back and have told friends about it already
    Cons: I think the garbage can in the kitchen could be a little bigger. We did have an incident where the folks above us set off the fire alarm. But it was good to see the hotel folks go and address the issue. We appreciated it.
