Pros: Good location, safe, and with direct access to the beach

Cons: The staff is awful. We arrive 10 mins before 5pm, when check-in is at 3pm, and the room wasnt ready yet. Yes sir, check-in is at 3 but we deliver your keys between 3 and 5pm - which wasnt stated anywhere when I booked. Also, come on, it was 10 mins before 5pm already, so a ridiculous excuse. They try overcharging for everything, I was charged nearly 700mxn (forced to include tip) for an American breakfast, when the buffet is only 400mxn, so what I ate was supposed to be even cheaper. When I pointed this out, they did fix the issue but with a very arrogant attitude. You arent doing me a favor mate, Im paying!!
