Pros: Beautiful, set out well. Very clean and tidy. Staff are amazing.

Cons: Paid for junior suite pool access rooma which were amazing. Problem is, these are supposed to be private, quieter areas to relax and swim. Multiple people from other rooms swimming there, disrespectfully noisey etc. Normally no problem, but we paid good money for those priviledges.

Pros: Fun kids pool and play area. This is by far the biggest selling point.

Cons: Wet bedding (mattress and quilt). Rooms have a terrible mould smell. Suitcases were handled roughly by the concierge. Crowded breakfast area with no air conditioning. Breakfast is like a four star property. Was asked for payment on arrival inspite of booking.com payment already done and debited. They should double check before requesting payment. This request was not for security deposit but for payment of room cost itself again. Credit card details saved without my consent on check out when I offered my card for payment of dinner dues. They later claim that it's their policy to save CC details as it is must have for check out. Beach is dirty and has shells, rocks. Shampoo and body wash are stretchy but the moisturiser was fine.

Pros: Beach, kids club and water park are in one place definitely great for family !!! Staff were on point and so efficient!! The restaurant by the seafront was superb !! Highly recommended for family !!

Cons: Breakfast could be better for a 5stars, we stayed for 6nights and after our 3rd Breakfast we got a bit fed up...it would be great if they could Changed every 3days. I found the room and bed sheets were damp I wasn't sure if it because of bad condensation in the room. Certainly it was the 1st hotel I ever experienced this.

Great Family Resort, perfect location, amazing pool facilities.

Pros: Location, facilities, loved our pool access room. Wonderful. Close to lots of good restaurants. Perfect place to relax. Enough areas for adults to relax in separate areas. But a very busy hotel . Great water zone for kids.

Cons: Breakfasts! Variety good, but unfortunately the crowds at breakfast made it a very poor experience. Battling a buffet with so many people was very unpleasant. A second restaurant should have been opened when hotel was fully booked. For this reason I would hesitate recommending the hotel. The hotel is extremely big, if you like very quiet it's not the place to be. The beach was not as good as I had expected.

Our family had a wonderful stay despite lots of rain. Room was clean and staff helpful.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well serviced. Kids loved the water slides and lazy river.

Cons: Pool towels are supplied to room and difficult to replace once wet (in rainy season they dont dry easily). Availability of towels poolside would be appreciated. Some areas of the hotel seemed a bit tired/dated. Lots of old concrete.

Pros: Its always lovely to stay at the sands. The kids love it.

Cons: The pool is a little worn and tiles have tried to be fixed. However you can see they try to fix them which is good. Only thought is to be sure the sharp edges are taken care of especially around areas where kids play.

Pros: The resort was lovely with great facilities

Cons: We booked and paid for a family room but ended up with 2 separate rooms, 3 rooms apart. Would have been cheaper to book 2 rooms.
