Pros: I liked the big trees that were around the property. What a wonderful relaxing view they have to go with the sound of the ocean.

Cons: It was close to the road, and I could hear cars going by. There are a lot of steps and they are not all the same height, so I had to be very careful when walking around. It is a little too far from town to walk, but the taxi's were there fast.

Great view, great room, great price

Pros: This hotel was exactly what we were looking for, my partner and I loved the big ocean view. The trees here grow on their own, making it feel more wild and real compared to other hotels in Khao Lak where everything is trimmed and neat. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. All of this for a great price! Also, there are lots of sweet cats on the property I would definitely recommend this place, and come back here myself one day.

Cons: It was a bit far to get to town (where most restaurants are), but we rented scooters for the week, so that was not a big problem for us. There are lots of steps, but I needed that exercise after eating all that delicious Thai food.

For all the little details that could be improved they are not to deter a visit. Beautiful elevated views (tsunami safe)

Pros: Beautiful location with nice authentic Thai villas overlooking bay. 5 minute walk to beach where theres a few restaurants and bars. Beer very overpriced at 140 baht for small Chang, except for Andalay bar where its 140 for big Chang and the food there exceptional at reasonable price.

Cons: American breakfast was not very good, can choose eggs any style but didnt understand poached eggs, I got 2 soft boiled eggs still in shells. Pool nice location but water hard on eyes, toilet paper terrible, beds a little hard.

Pros: Definitely I would like to comeback here in the future Besides the wonderful scenery here,best place to see the beautiful sunset,and the lovely kittensas well as the kind,helpful staff. There's another thing that impresses me about this place. Me and my husband had a little car accident when we just arrived. (Thanks god it was just a mild accident and nothing serious) but we were super upset and in shock. So here it is,once again I would like to give a big thank you to the manager of the resort. He is the kindest,warmest and the most empathetic person in the world. Without him we would not have been able to communicate with the local police and solve all the problems in a few hours. If the manager can see my comment,me and my husband wishing you the best,and hope to see you again ~

Pros: This is a lovely property, nice little seperate bungalows gives the sense of your own little home. Cats everywhere were very friendly. Staff we also very nice and helpful.

Cons: Theres is a lot of stairs by the entrance so be prepared to walk up and down them multiple times a day.

Cons: This property needs a major renovation. very smelly bathroom. Didn't feel comfortable. Everywhere in the hotel has a musty smell. not maintined properly at all.

Pros: Comfy bed, bathtub and nice pool.

Cons: Read before they give smoking rooms to non-smoker in reviews. So I requested a non smoking room day before. Respond via booking message system was "Noted". At the end I got a room with terrible smell where someone smoked before. This should not happen and need urgent improvement by the management.
