    Went for a 2 night break, Staff are are very pleasant on arrival and in the bar and restaurant, Would stay again but wou

    Pros: Very clean and nicely decorated,All amenities provided for the stay and Beds are very comfortable
    Cons: Noise of the staff coming in at 7ish in the morning,Talking and setting up, So no lie ins Shower could do with a door as room floor is soaking after a shower For the price paid to stay even a small breakfast would of been perfect if included

    Pros: Friendly staff, great room, comfortable bed, good food. Busy too which gave a good atmosphere.
    Cons: Communications via email prior to arriving were not so helpful but staff at the pub couldnt be nicer. Food is good but isnt quite reflected in the high prices for dinner and breakfast.

    Very homely feel, lovely stay.

    Pros: Lovely little pub. Great location and was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The bulls head just down the road is absolutely gorgeous food!! We stayed on a Sunday and didnt fancy the Sunday dinner at the boot inn so went there instead and Im so glad we did. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
    Cons: Parking but it cant be helped, so not really something we were bothered about.

    Fellow short on some basic requirements and customer service - cold room and cold shower.

    Pros: Location, breakfast
    Cons: We had no hot water for a shower and no heating. There was a problem with the boiler. Couldnt contact anyone about it as no phone in room and I phoned the main number on my mobile no one answered. Or bothered to phone back after I left a message. Booked a kettle to wash in basin. and when we spoke to the young lady in the bar she wasnt particularly bothered. Bit of road noise too. I then asked if as guests we had a breakfast deal got told no as wed booked through Booking. Com Not get a customer service. When you book a room you want a comfortable bed, quiet and warm room and good shower. So failed on 3 important areas but the bed was super comfortable and the room decor, pub and breakfast in the restaurant were very good.
