Cons: Breakfast average-no oj, staff not checking on food levels, left scraps cart right by us for a time, no plug by bedside for cpap machine, toilet cistern took 40 mins to refill between flushes, water pressure low, toilet roll holder too low-awkward to get to. Handrail in shower too low.

Pros: Location next to the nature reserve and with all local amenities was fantastic

Cons: The room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, we had informed a member of staff as there were blood drops on the bathroom floor also, they said they would send housekeeping up. Housekeeping attended while we were out only to make the bed neat and replenish towels. The floor wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed and the bed sheets weren’t changed as requested. I informed staff again and again the same was done. We only stayed two nights so just dealt with it, would not have been happy to stay longer.

Pros: room was good, breakfast was very good, cleanliness of the place was really high, shower in the room was clean and very good. the staff were friendly and approachable, bar was good with a good selection.

Cons: only issue i had was the heat in the hotel was rally high, I struggled to stay inside the bar and reception for an extended period of time, it was pleasant when I first arrived but quickly got stifling.

Pros: Poor service. They mentioned about free sky sports channels, which is entirely false promise . Poor customer care, requested maintenance, no one attended , but received a call after 24 hours. If you request help from maintenance, you will possibly receive a call after you reach your home. The service is poor than a simple low price lodge

Exactly what was expected, know...

Pros: Large car park, located next to a shopping park, very convenient. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious, no complaints here. Buffet breakfast is worth every penny with lots of choice, all food was freshly restocked, with plenty of everything available.

Cons: Woke up by a works ‘line painting’ lorry at 5:50, who were waiting for the cars to leave the disabled spaces and were still lingering at 8:55, felt it was an unnecessary wake up call at 5:50, by a beeping, reversing works lorry. I appreciate this is out of the hotels control.
