Pros: From the time we checked in, until the time we checked out everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again if we are making a trip to Richmond.

Cons: The Remote to the TV did not cooperate well. Even after we replaced the one that was already in the room Went without watching TV. Over all it was a very nice stay. Will stay there again.

Pros: Nice pleasant and relaxing vibe upon entry. Easy check in process. Wish I had a chance to experience more amenities but will definitely spend a weekend here in the near future. This was just an overnight stay, conference next day.

Cons: Bathroom floor tile between the toilet and tub needs repair. One lamp bulb was blown out and thermostat battery needed to be changed.
