They have to improve the staffs and manutention of the place to avoid this type of incident.

Pros: The location, it is very well located place.

Cons: The room didn't have much facilities. I had to ask for towels, soap. The alarm kept ringing from 10pm to 4am. I was not able to sleep. The staff couldn't repair it.

If you are looking for a well located property and travelling alone I would say this is a good deal with helpful staff.

Cons: This hotel is a disgrace. The room are small and dirty. Neighbors are loud. More importantly, the building had fire safety concerns. During our stay, the fire alarm was triggered and resulted an evacuation and lost of the power for two days. We slept one night and the entire next day in the dark. Clearly, the hotel is not in a livable condition for our next two nights. However, the owner are extremely impolite and refused to refund us. They kept kicking balls with booings.com, resulting us having to rebooked somewhere else in our own expense. Come here if you want your UK trip to be ruined. Otherwise PLEASE SYAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

Cons: The hotel was very bad. The room does not have and comfort tools: 1.The room was very old with poor painting where some spots can be seen on the walls and on the doors. 2.The cupboard was very old and had only some old steel hungers that is used by the laundry shops. 3.The blanket was not clean. 4.Very Poor 3 plastic cups along with an old unclean kettle were provided and cant be used. 5.No safe box in the room. 6.The bed was not comfortable in fact springs were broken on one side. 7.The room had Spider webs near the window and at the corner of the heater. 8.The curtain had some spots of stain. 9.There was mold on the walls of the bathroom and the closet. 10.There was some sort of risk of fire in the hotel leading to the firefighters to be called late evening. 11.We had to stay out of the hotel till 12:30am. 12.Due to the risk of fire, we were only allowed to sleep in the room but with no electricity/heater/warm water/WIFI. 13.Till next day 4pm there was no electricity in the hotel and many guests including ourselves had to leave the hotel. 14.Hotel didnt take any supporting action or offer us any alternative at any time.

Good place for central London at very reasonable price

Pros: Location was perfect - close to Marbe Arch. Few minutes from tube station and shopping street. Hotel has an elevator, what was a very big bonuss.

Cons: Rooms were simple and little outdated, but for short stay and convinient location it didn't bother me at all.

Cons: My room was a single room and very tiny, the building was so old as well as the lift old and tiny. I got stuck in the lift for a few minutes.
