Pros: Everything. The people working in the hotel were fantastically nice and welcoming, the location is perfect, the hotel is very clean. Ive been to Athens many times, but first time at the Perianth. This hotel will definitely be my choice for my next stays.

Pros: We have stayed in many hotels around the world and no doubt that the Perianth hotel is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and squeaky clean and breakfast is delicious. However, the hotels best feature is its personal and especially Athena who made our stay unforgettable. Thank you!

great stay bit not for weekends

Pros: The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was tasty and the variety was great. The location is very central and the view of acropolis is amazing

Cons: there was a lot of noise from 7 bars located outside the windows, with no noise cancelation or double windowpanes the room was supposed to be bigger but a lot of it was a corridor inside the room with no purpose

Pros: The location is perfect, right next to all the places you want to be. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are well equipped and comfortable.

Not a good option

Pros: The room has nice style and the size is good for Athens. The one who actually designed this hotel obviously had some vision, as opposed to the one who is currently managing.

Cons: Noise from bars in the room till morning hours, and I was staying on the top floor, I can imagine the floors below me Mini bar empty No restaurant, cafe or anything No lobby area No spa Breakfast with very few options, not to mention the service, 25 minutes to bring a mixed juice. This hotel has absolutely no facilities, it's just a small reception and the rooms. They offer only tap water in the bottle, if you want proper water you have to pay extra, even at the breakfast. In my options this is luxury suits or rooms, definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Celebrating our Birthday in a fancy hotel

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff! Perfect location, delicious breakfast, nice room upgrade! :)

Cons: It wasnt really a big issue, but our room was too warm, even when we set the temperature to 16 degrees, opened the balconydoor etc. the room was still warm.
