The policies need to be...

Pros: The location was ok. And the facilities were great but needed more supervision.

Cons: Big need of security walking around for the children to feel safe. And to pull up unruly guests not keeping their children in control. Not enforcing quiet time like children and drunken adults running around in the early hours of the morning. Would have been nice if we had the facilities available for us to use explained.

Cons: The rooms are dated and dirty, the cleaning staff were not impressed with my asking them to change a blanket which was soiled, they seemed to dismiss my pointing out this fact to them, as “It’s NOT that bad”.

Amazing facilities and a great...

Pros: The facilities were amazing. We actually didn’t leave the resort for the first couple of days as we had everything we needed. The kids started their morning with the inside playground, then moved to the water park and other activities. There is so much going on you could never be bored. The whole place was structured for the kids, it even had kid height peepholes in the hotel room doors!

Cons: The rooms are very dated and smelt mouldy.

Great Family Fun Resort

Pros: Location was awesome, easy to go explore along the water. Swimming Pool, slides and Play ground were amazing and awesome for our 4 year old and 8 month old !!!! Also great for the adults and older kids too!
