    Wonderful

    Spacious comfortable and clean apartment that had everything we needed in a super convenient location

    Pros: Great location - we were a group visiting HOTA & dinner on Isle of Capri which was in walking distance. Very spacious for 5 people. Pretty view over Nerang river & GC hinterland. Excellent to have allocation of 2 car parks
    Cons: Everything was great - only slight issue was that as group of 5 the ensuite toilet was a bit open so a more solid door could have worked too.

    Very comfortable stay and It was a nice trip down memory lane as we stayed there 31 years

    Pros: View and Location were fantasic
    Cons: The building is Showing signs of aging

    Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, happily answered any questions I had. Check in was smooth and our room was ready when we arrived. Reception and pool area have been nicely renovated. Great location and facilities.
    Cons: The room (Unit 82) was very dated and is in desperate need of renovations, the room was very simple and not very welcoming. It doesn't look like much has changed since it was built in the 70's. $450 a night was way overpriced for this room.

    Disappointing

    Wouldnt stay again.

    Pros: good location, able to park if we stayed.
    Cons: Staff were rude and non attentive. Waited 40 minutes just for somebody to come to the window and even called the number several times. Wes declined check in due to theft of wallet earlier in the week (no ID) despite advising this, having a scan of my ID and a letter stipulating a replacement had been ordered.
