Cons: food was inadequate..Poorly done and not enough variety at breakfast.Also.Disorganisation always with services and not enough management support for staff at breakfast.Having animals lying around the restaurant area trying to get food off people who are trying to eat..so un hygenic.Repulsive......Everything on everyday could've been a lot better..Food needs to be at a higher level ..Not stale.. pastries ...bread...and dried up food in the bynireis..Not happy.16 days there ..shocking...and had to eat out all the time.. Nobody could understand English and just trying to get a something simple was so hard.Resorts like this should have better understanding off communication skills..We have stayed in many Thailand resorts with no trouble before.. services were shocking..The uncomfortable bedding was appalling....so hard like a brick..after 20yrs off use they need replacing..very..very.. uncomfortable like laying on a brick.No good..The only good thing about the place was the manicured gardens...

Amazing location but needs good improvements.

Pros: Amazing property, with the view was amazing, staff were incredibly helpful.

Cons: The property key swipe access system was a pain in the arse because we kept locking our selves out and there was no way of preventing it unless we had a swipe access card with us at all times, even when using the private pull or day bed. Or we had to leave a door open which let bugs in and A/C out. Towels were really cheap and not of amazing quality. Bedding felt cheap as well.

Pros: We had taken the pool villa and it was quite great. Direct access to the beach.

Cons: Its a bit dated but that was OK with us.
