Pros: nothing, the place is a wreck and the staff are even worse.

Cons: the place is nothing like the photos. the hygienic is virtually non existent, the bed sheets and the bathroom I don't even wanna talk about. but the staff and especially the manager are the worst thing about this place.

Pros: At the reception, we were immediately informed that our room was upgraded as the hotel was not fully booked. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is spectacular. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast had a big selection of dishes, and everything tasted good and fresh.

Cons: The pool was a bot smaller than expected.

Pros: amazing view from the rooms, very good and helpful staff rooms are big and comfortable good value for money

Cons: we had neighbours in the room nearby that smoked in the balcony the whole evening .. so we couldnt enjoy the fresh air unfortunately luckily they left the 2nd night so we didnt have to ask to change a room I would suggest to keep rooms for smokers in a seperate part of the hotel

Pros: Stayed here for a rally. The staff were very nice and accomadating. They put out breakfast 2 hours earlier than normal to cater for us.the room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons: The floor boards in the bedroom were water damaged and couldn't turn off the bedside lights at night.

Pros: We were welcomed at the hotel and we had an upgrade on our room which made us very happy. The hotel is overlooking to the lake Plastira and it is in a quiet location at Neochori village. The facilities and the room were great. Rich breakfast. We didn't miss anything.

Cons: There was a problem with the rain shower.. I hope they fix it because this is lowering the image of the suite. Some coffee, milk, would be an extra attention in the room so that one can use the coffee machine.

Cons: the pool was closed, the jacuzzi was out of order, the sauna and hamman were with additional fees and you needed to book to have a slot, even though the hotel was EMPTY. we got a random room where I would imagine the hotel would treat us as special guests as we were alone. the breakfast was random without any vegetables, only tones of eggs. the view of this hotel is breathtaking but everything else is disappointing. I came there to chill in the pool and sauna but I ended up in my random room without accessing any facilities and the employees didnt help at all.

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, all the rooms have an amazing view to the lake and the road is wide so you can park closeby. The staff is one the most polite I've met. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety and the best was the traditional pitas.

Cons: The room could have been cleaner and the toiletries were not enough for two people, as we forgot to bring our own.
