Pros: The location for what I was doing.

Cons: The hotel is split into two separate buildings, one has a reception (Copthorne), the other doesn't (Millenium). I was in the Millenium, three times the lifts didn't work and I had to go all the way back over to the other hotel to get it sorted as you can't access the stairs either. Both hotels look and feel tired, but were relatively cheap for London. The breakfast was good and the serving staff were polite and helpful. The foyer in the Copthorne has the feel.of a half empty, 90s, shopping mall. Two escalators greet you, the up one isn't working. If you're doing stuff in Chelsea it suits a purpose, if not, look elsewhere.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: I have been several times to this hotel whenever I need to be in London. Staff is super friendly and by now I am even recognized by some of the staff!:) The location is very good, the rooms super comfortable. I normally eat out but I am sure that the breakfast is very will as well.

Pros: The location of the hotel is brilliant with good connectivity on District line. The security in the hotel is fantastic during game days. Rooms are alright (as displayed in the photos of the hotel), not too fancy but with extremely cozy beds for a great sleep.

Cons: Since there are two buildings being operated, brings a little confusion as to which reception to approach. Due to some maintenance works the escalator wasn’t working to reach the reception. Check-in took some time beyond the standard check in time. Equipment in the hotel is outdated and the hotel needs some major revamping (e.g. TVs, phones, air conditioning needs to be revamped, old furniture, more light needed in the room). The shower pressure is the bath tub was low. I was disappointed with torn towels in the shower, torn bedsheets. Would ask the management to overlook the housekeeping at the property. Breakfast is alright, same spread everyday, you can request for vegan options for the meat options provided . Points to note: - you will have to take your own bags to the room since there is no concierge service. - since the hotel is against single use bottles, they provide you with a one time filled recyclable water bottle and you will have to fill water yourself at the reception floor - wish they had more refill stations in every floor. - cups in the rooms are not replaced or washed: I still don’t understand the policy on the same; even after putting down two complains - hotel doesn’t provide certain services you should be aware of - e.g. no slippers provided.

Comfortable great location.

Pros: Excellent location obviously for football but also to access London sights using public transport.btube and buses outside.

Cons: Had to keep reminding housekeepers to do room. Water not very hot had to request maintenance.

Great location. Smart hotel. District...

Pros: Staff were amazingly friendly and efficient..beverages and fresh milk and a fridge brilliant. Location of course as Chelse fan's!

Cons: No room service after Match ! No food available after match in bar...too late to go out..perhaps a pre order and collect or at least a snack vending machine. Mot planned for that.
