    Pros: The location is great and the staff was very nice.
    Cons: Tiny room, dark, thin walls so an angry neighbor came knocking at the door at 6am because he got woken up by low volume tv.

    Centric and pretty! No lifts so no ideal if traveling with big luggage

    Pros: The room was clean, the location is great also! Even if the rooms are small, they are comfortable!
    Cons: There are no lifts and stairs are narrow, so if traveling with a lot of luggage its not ideal. There is no to-go breakfast or alternatives if youre leaving earlier. You can hear everything from outside and rooms next to you (we stayed at the annex)

    Pleasant and comfortable short stay.

    Pros: The hotel in a quieter location but still close enough to St Pancras station (about 5-10 min walk). Small but cosy, clean and pleasant room. Lovely staff.
    Cons: This is not a dislike as it didnt matter to us- but its good to note that there are no lifts.

    Pros: Location was really good and good value for London.
    Cons: Room was really small, bedsheets wasn't as clean as it could be, have squeaky floors so we can hear the footsteps of people walking on the floor above us/on the staircase.

    The most disgusting experience ever

    Pros: Nothing!
    Cons: The hotel was untidy and smelly. There were no lifts and we were given a room on the 3rd floor. We had to run down three floors to get something. The guest service number doesnt work. We couldnt sleep all night because the people next to us kept screaming for the whole night till 9am in the morning. We tried to complain into the reception but no response. Overall, most disgusting experience ever.

    Great hotel, perfect location. Would highly recommend.

    Pros: The room was clean and comfy on top of the location being very nice. Fulfilled all the needs and wants for an overnight stay.
    Cons: The room was fairly small, but thats the only critique. This was a last minute booking and I was staying alone, so the size of the room wasnt much of a negative at all.

    Pros: The room was a decent size and very clean. Location is great if you need to get to kings cross or st.pancras. Breakfast was surprisingly good (fried options and continental) and included in what was a very good price for the area. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

    Costly: You win in location, you loose on anything else.

    Pros: Location is amazingly close to St. Pancras and Kings Cross stations and the room was clean.
    Cons: The breakfast was less than basic: half baked croissant, no cheese to spread on the toast, coffee machine was making horrible watery cappuccino. I would recommend to eat nearby. We checked in on Friday and on Saturday after a day out we entered the hotel around 4pm. The room was not locked after house cleaning did their job. So when when arrived the door was open and available for any bypass person to enter. No water in the room for a 4 star hotel. And also the curtain was pulled and we made the comment on the first day, they promised that they would fix it. This was not done.
