Quite nice but i dont think i would come again

Pros: The bus station is in front of the door of the building! The room is quite spacious

Cons: The neighborhood is not the best, very limited shops. There was a situation with the owner as the city taxes was asked to be paid in cash only, although in the policy nothing stated this info but she resolved the issue.

Pros: Perfect location for walking around Rome! The staff went above an beyond for us to have an enjoyable trip! I will stay here again the next time we visit!

My stay was ok, but I wasnt impressed with the accommodation or the daily interruptions.

Pros: Proximity to attractions was good.

Cons: - The walls were badly marked and the bathroom ceiling had mould on it(needs cleaning) - No safe or secure place for passport/valuable (a secure safe is a necessity for price of mind) - Glasses and cups were greasy(need cleaning) - The kettle had the worst limescale Ive ever seen and was unusable(needs descaling) - The owner knocked on my door and woke me up for no reason, as did the cleaner! (need a do not disturb sign for the door) - Its near a hospital so expect to hear sirens at all hours(unavoidable but may cause light sleepers an issue) - Curtains offered no privacy at all - Luckily the metal window shutter was stuck (closed), so it was always dark

Pros: The hotel is very cost-effective. The staff was super friendly and kept in touch with us before check-in to ask about our check-in requirements and fulfilled them. The reception was very welcoming and gave us travel suggestions. Help change towels every day.

Clean and friendly with transport into the city on the doorstep

Pros: Fantastic location for travelling into the city, there was a bus stop right outside. It was also only a 20 minute walk downhill to the Vatican City and restaurants.

Cons: It would have been better if we had a kettle in the room so we could make our own drinks as had to wait for breakfast for a tea or coffee. I didn't like the late check in fee especially as it was out of our control and no one was physically there to check us in, it was all done remotely.

Pros: The breakfast was coffee and cake. The staff were very friendly. There is a bus stop right outside the BNB that takes you to the centre of Rome.

For putting key in box , for already paid room Dirty walls Exposed electric wires Building located in busy junction, was very noisy Iron/ kettle not permited for security resons Broken toilet seat ( replaced after complaint) No access to air conditioning, although it was in the offer
