Cons: I stayed in the Studio Suite. Since I got it 80% off I cant complain too much, but would have been pissed if I was paying full price. The room looked unfinished or like its in the middle of being remodeled. It hadnt been cleaned properly, there were stains on the walls, mirrors, visible handprints on the windows, dust under the bed, dirty plates & glasses And for some reason a framed childs drawing on the wall? Lol. When I woke up there was water on the floor, so there is probably leakage.

Pros: Location was great, close to the beach, spas and many restaurants. Lobby is very pretty, well decorated. Our room was very spacious and windows with ocean view. Room is well designed, very comfortable with 2 big beds and sitting couch.

Cons: Should replace the following in the room which are a disgrace to the image of the hotel - kettle (top is broken) - the waste bin in the bathroom (bottom rusted out) Shower partition glass needs to be clean with glass cleaner. Receptionists need more training to be more attentive and put a smile.

Cons: Looked way different than the picture, dirty walls, dusty window which had clean me? written in the dust, very loud from the street, tv remote didnt work, cockroach in the bathroom, extra charge for mini bar, no stove to cook with, air con was not powerful enough for room size.

The spoken English was poor amongst the taxi drivers and shop keepers which was frustrating

Pros: breakfast was passable. Not available every day. It depended on whether there were sufficient people requesting for it. I felt that there should have been a ala carte option if buffet not available. Like a simple eggs and toast. However, reception was kind enough to show an option of local fare a few doors away when we asked.

Cons: Looks like hotel on an austerity drive. They did not switch on the AC in the reception, hence was hot and clammy. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like 3 star at most. Could do with a refurbishment. The check out staff attempted to load a charge on credit card payment but gave in when I resisted. The receptionist had poor command of English, looks like they cater more to local visitors than foreigners like us.

Cons: This hotel is 1 star - most fowl smell from bathroom, gagging when I woke in the morning - excuse for smell hair gets stuck in drain, they knew I was being put in a substandard room there was a fowl smelling room deorderise to cover this up and made things worse - side lamp faulty electrical switch - stains on lounge, cushions on bed stained and horrible also - windows filthy - scratches on furniture - bed pillows very old and lumpy, * drilling noise from building site during the day for hours when I first checked in * I had to change rooms and it was only a little better Moved to 2nd room for last nite when complained - tried to get me to stay in current room - the next room curtins in bedroom falling down - cushions on bed stained and scratches on furniture

Cons: When I made the booking, the payment option is to pay at the property. However, 2 days prior to our stay, the hotel called me and asked for down payment of 20%. I agreed to do it even though it was not stated in the booking policy at first. And while I was about to make payment, another staff from the hotel called me and said, there's NO MORE available room for the days we booked due to overbooking problem. They would like to offer us another hotel. This is frustrating. I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance and booking was confirmed, then it was just 2 days away from our stay they said no available room?! How unprofessional it is! Among various hotels in Danang, we chose it because it fits our preferences, but they offered to move us to another hotel. I didnt agree and that staff said alright they would reserve us a room. I feel disappointed with the way they handled the situation. Regardless how frustrated we were with their booking procedure, we still checked in at the hotel and we were happy at first noticing how good the place was, until we stepped into our room just to find out the bedsheet and linens were NOT changed at all from last customer stay. We saw hair and even lipstick stain on the bedsheet and some dirt on the edge of the linen. This is unacceptable when it comes to hygiene and basic hospitality etiquette. We called the staff and they just came to replace it without saying sorry or accepting their fault. This can't be worse.
