Would stay again :)

Pros: Perfect location on 5th Ave, right in the hustle & bustle. If you want somewhere quiet I wouldnt suggest this place as you can hear the music from bars near by, didnt bother me tho. Also no working elevator keep in mind but the great staff helped me with my suitcase! Staff were super friendly, breakfast is basic but good.

Pros: My recent stay at Caribbean Paradise Hotel in Playa del Carmen was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service, prime location, inviting atmosphere, and unparalleled comfort. First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their outstanding assistance during the check-in process. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. Their warm welcome set the tone for the rest of my stay, and their attentiveness to my needs throughout made me feel like a valued guest.

Cons: While my stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, I must mention that the neighborhood's noise level, particularly from nearby bars, was quite noticeable until 2 AM. Despite the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable environment, the lively atmosphere of the surrounding area made it difficult to fully unwind and get a peaceful night's sleep. However, it's important to note that this issue is beyond the control of the hotel itself, and their staff remained attentive and accommodating throughout my stay.

Travel light or stay in the ground floor-No elevator

Pros: I love the location. We were a few steps from the main Avenue.

Cons: The elevator is still not working its been months. Checking in we had someone bring our bags up but checking out they took more than 45 minutes to have someone help us so we wound up dragging them down the steps ourselves. We were packed for a weeks vacation and only stayed there for the first night so imagine the size of our luggage that we had to drag down 3 flights of stairs.

Great stay if your in a budget and want to be close to all the happenings and stores. You get what you pay for.

Pros: Property is in a prime location close to many restaurants, across the street from the mall, and everything is walking distance.

Cons: The smell of sewage In our bathroom it reeks and Wi-Fi doesnt work. Basic cable maybe 5 channels in Spanish and options for Netflix and YouTube doesnt work due to the wifi.

Pros: Patking on the basement and very narrow the place needs maintenance the balcony door not able to lock and they are conected the shower heads broken the tv not working the noize from the street music is terrible play full blast until almost 4am the elevator not working i have bad knees ans ask them to move me to the first level and they didnt o and the free breakfast and coffe wow! Terrible

We were only in town for one night, and it was a great place to experience the nightlife from.

Pros: If you like to be in the middle of all the action then this is the place. Great location, but with that does come some noise.

Cons: The hotel looks great, but quite a few things were not quite right. The biggest one was the lift not working so carrying suitcases up and down stairs wasn't great. Then there were little things with the showers, TVs and light switches that were not 100%.
