Pros: The room was very comfortable and quiet. A good location if you prefer to be located away from the busy tourist scene. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Room did not have ironing facilities which would have been helpful and is usually staple in hotels like this. Though it had a fridge, it did not have a kettle or simple tea/coffee facilities which would been a great addition.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and there are plenty of local cafes and restaurants nearby.

Pros: The property was in a safe area and 10 minutes walk to the centre of Rome.

This is lovely part of Roma to stay in. Super comfortable.

Pros: The bed is incredibly comfortable. The bed linen is very luxurious and you actually have a Duvet rather than sheets and blanket. The lighting was great and super quiet with the window closed. The common reading area is a lovely space.

Cons: The hand held shower didnt work. But that didnt bother us. The room was a bit small once you had the sofa bed (for our child) in it.

Pros: The location of the property was great, and it was moderately clean.

Cons: First off, we booked two rooms, one for two people and one the other one for three. For some reasons the room which we paid more for three people was much smaller which was very surprising. It is fair to say that after we complained we changed our room. The shocking part of this stay was when our dad tried to grab a spoon for his coffee and the cleaner attacked him physically and verbally and told him off. My father almost had a heart attack and was shocked by the behavior of this specific staff. I blame no one but the management because if he allowed himself to attack my dad this way means they were not trained well. Other guests were shocked by the Cleaners behavior and spoke up as well. Moreover, the cleaning staff would come to your room without knocking first which is obnoxiously rude as we were changing our clothes. In conclusion, if you want to stay at a nice location this is a great spot, but be ready for force-full behavior by the staff.

Cons: SAD LOCATION. Take all the places you want to visit and do a google map from hotel address to the venue and you will see how inconvenient this location is. Nearby restaurants are NOT GOOD. Italy is a 3rd world country with 1st world prices.

Pros: Property was great. Modern feel, clean and practical Location was excellent, close enough to everything yet out if the busiest part of Rome Lots of places to eat nearby

Pros: Location, staff all very good. Room was comfortable.

Cons: Drain in shower did not work so was unable to fully bathe without water spilling out all over floor. Elevator door was broken and although the elevator worked, it was very slow and a little scary.

Pros: I loved the location, just outside of the major touristy attractions in the city. I also really loved the modern look to the hotel, it seemed newly renovated. The room was nice and modern, with all the necessities.

Cons: My only complaint were that the walls seemed very thin and you could hear everything while inside of our hotel room. Granted, our room was located right outside the elevator but nonetheless, it was very noisy when we tried to sleep during all hours.

In rest, everything was great, room, personal.

Pros: Towels changed and cleaning daily.
