    Overall was ok and the staff were lovely. If the above points had been addressed it would have been a better stay

    Pros: Very convenient for train station. Lovely, friendly stafff
    Cons: We had an air conditioner that leaked. Rather than it being fixed, there was a plastic bucket underneath it and we had to keep emptying it. Also the lighting was very dim. No main light in the room.

    If you are looking for a reasonably clean place to stay in a great location and at a low price this is where you want to

    Pros: It was in a great location and the staff were easy to deal with.
    Cons: There was black mould near the shower, the air conditioning coolant ran into the shower and also there was no bowls or cutlery.

    Pros: Well situated close to the Trevi Fountain/ Colosseum/ Pantheon area. Very clean and cleaned each day to high quality. Black out blinds/ shutters Air conditioning. I asked to stay an extra night on short notice and they accommodated this.
    Cons: You will need some ear plugs as on a high street (I am from countryside though so I may just be a light sleeper). Plug near bed was broken so had to plug in my phone across the room and rest it on a chair near the bed. Shower was broken on first night- this was fixed the next day but after a day of travelling I was desperate for a shower and couldnt have one.

    I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    Pros: Wifi was excellent. Great location near to Termini station.
    Cons: Scary receptionist. We were put off approaching her. Horrible decor. No fridge in the room as advertised. Air conditioner was difficult to operate (no remote) and occasionally blew out warm damp and smelly air. The bed was uncomfortable. There were 'DON'T....' signs everywhere. There was dirt beside and under the coffee machine in the bar. Staff were openly arguing with each other. The bathroom light was broken. The hair dryer was slightly broken. There was uncleaned dust in the bedroom. Cash only accepted for payments. The lift cage was filthy. Bedroom door did not shut easily and had to be slammed despite a 'DON'T....' sign requesting doors are not slammed. Would not recommend.
