If the AC is being fixed and there was better blanket, I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Breakfast was excelent! We stayed for 3 nights and every morning there was a little bit different breakfast. Very good!

Cons: The airconditioning was not working in the room. And the head of the bed was broken. There should be better blankets in the room, not Soviet Union blankets.

Pros: The room was claen and spacious and had a nice balcony. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was greatest thing in the hotel.

Cons: The bathroom wasnt as clean as the room. The hairdryer was very old and almost not usable. The bathroom had also a bad smell. The walls were not soundproof as was described.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing but other than that it was ok.

Pros: The location of the hotel was good as it was fairly close to nearby shops and the beach.

Cons: The facilities were disappointing for a few reasons. The first one was there was no kettle in the room, which is really disappointing as someone who drinks a lot of tea, I wouldnt have minded paying extra to use one if that was an option. Another one was paying to use the safety deposit box which to be honest Ive never heard of, Ive been to Spain a few times and other countries and have never had to pay to use one, and even if you did pay to use it, it only covered you for 3hrs not even a full day. And the room was a little bit of a let down also as the fridge in the room didnt really work as well and overall the room was quite basic and didnt live up to expectations. And lastly some of the staff members were kinda rude, but some were also lovely. And personally it felt like staff were nicer to locals/Spanish speaking residents than travellers abroad.

Great location, great rooms and great pool!

Pros: I love this hotel, would definitely come back. There is a pool on site with a lifeguard and a cafe/bar. There is also a spa you can access for a small price. The rooms are nice and tidy all with a balcony. It is also walking distance to the beach and not far from Palma, we got a taxi in and out no problem.

Cons: I'm not great with heights and this hotel is 12 stories high so if you don't want to be high up maybe request it when booking. I really liked everything else!!

Pros: The service is excellent, the breakfasts are especially good. Special thanks to the staff! There was a small problem with the sewerage - the staff quickly fixed it.

Cons: Everything was great! To improve, I would suggest refresh the hairdryers in the rooms and offer more fresh vegetables and fruits at breakfast (but, this is just a growing area!)

Cons: The room was not clean - I found a big nail lying on the floor. The room is really in need of repair, is really worn out. My window was opposite the sea, so the street noise was really big. Also, the bed was not comfy - as if you were lying on the rock.

Pros: simply just leave a "Clean My Room" sign on the door and my room was cleaned and in tip top condition for me everyday. Call the front desk and let them know that you'd like your room to be cleaned. Provide them with your room number and any specific instructions or preferences you may have.

Cons: we encountered issues with the air conditioning (AC) in our room, we notified the Front Desk Immediately and clearly explained that our AC is not working and describe the problem. We asked a pedestal fan and they gave us a pedestal fan.

Pros: Cleaning rooms every day Good options for breakfast buffet

Cons: I had bokeed 3 rooms in this location. When I arrived, the air conditioning was not working and it was 28-32C outside. So we had to endure the hot air and high umidity in the rooms for almost our entire vacation. This fact created for us a physical and mental discomfort. We asked for information about when the air conditioning will be repaired by different ways and we didn't receive any answer, only an employee from the reception apologized for the discomfort but did not know how to give us any other information. Communication with the entire staff of this location was impossible, they ignored every request. Even though we paid for 3 rooms that should have benefited from air conditioning, this did not happen until the last day. Otherwise, even if the hotel wants to be 4 stars, I would say that it doesn't really deserve them because it has many old and even damaged facilities. Especially in the rooms you can notice a mixture of new and old. The bathrooms also have visible signs of mold. In conclusion, our experience in this location was largely unsatisfactory for what we paid and what we received.

Pros: Comfortable beds and good room. The breakfast was good, great location with bus stops to Palma and the airport very easy to navigate.

Cons: Evening food was pretty rubbish. You dont get an iron and ironing board in the room, you can borrow one at the reception but they didnt give an ironing board to had to iron on a towel. It wasnt clear when booking that you have to pay extra to use the spa. The pool area is situated next door to a childrens play-school which wasnt very peaceful. The air con was a very old unit that didnt really work.
