Excellent location, friendly staff & good pricing, would 100% recommend

Pros: Location was great 5 minutes from the airport which was 20 euro taxi or 5 bus. Buses ran to loads of locations frequently and at no cost more than 5. We travelled to Palma then Magaluf one day & buses ran as late as past midnight. Location was only a street or two away from the beach, quite area with beautiful blue waters.

Cons: The AC could have been a little bit better as some days it was warmer in the room than outside & the pull was freezing cold but I want to say it was just due to the time of year we went as we went the beginning of April.

Pros: The BQ Amfora is Priced very well and included breakfast. Taxi ride, a quick 10 min from airport 12 please carry cash. Staff super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast Buffet was ok with a good selection. Great to have a cool air-conditioned room on arrival. Clean Bedroom, it was small and the bed was comfortable. Short 5 min walk to the local shops (don't expect to change money here). To the main township is a 15 min taxi with the on-off sight seeing bus and tourist attractions. Good value for this over nighter as some of the in town tourist properties appeared to be a lot more expensive. Thank you BQ Amfora

Pros: I needed a place close to the airport for 1 night. This was a good choice. One can reach it by bus from airport, it was nice, clean and comfortable. I used the pool in the morning only to realise that the beach was actually very close and would have been a better option! If you are there for 1 night like me, do check out the beach area! Plenty of cafes to have a breakfast or coffee and one can borrow beach towels from the hotel.

Cons: The room was compact but perfect for the 1 night stay. It was quite warm when I arrived and it took the staff over an hour to come and sort it out but in the end it was ok. The planes could be heard but the noise was not loud enough to wake me up so overall quiet enough (and I am sensitive).

Pros: The breakfast is is to die for I love the display and varieties to choose from, the room was cleaned everyday with very friendly atmosphere the staff were brilliant and willing to assists. This is actually my second visit to the hotel and will still love to go back again very refreshing and peaceful

Small bedrooms, Terrible bedroom cleanliness and poor hotel policies

Pros: The hotel lobby are was clean.

Cons: On the 5th day we found mould in the room and the shower door was falling off the roller. We reported it to reception and they said they would have maintenance look at it. That evening we found they had cleaned some of the mould but there was still mould visible and the shower door was still broken. The next morning I went down to reception and reported the shower door and the mould wasn't cleaned properly. She said she would have maintenance look at it in the morning. I went to reception the next morning to make sure it was dealth with, receptionist said they had cleaned it and were painting it today. I said they need to clean it properly and no painting while we were staying there. When we got back that evening nothing had been done. I went to reception and complained, I was told it would be the morning before maintenance would be in. When we got back that evening the mould had been cleaned but the shower door was still broken. We gave up at that stage. On day 10 when we were checking out we found the mould was back, so they had only cleaned it but not treated it. Also we went to the bar at reception for a coffee, we were told they didn't open until 10.30am and to go down to the restaurant, when we down we were told because we weren't having breakfast we couldn't have coffee even though we offered to pay for it. I emailed the hotel on the 10/10/2023, they replied almost straight away to know what was my issue. I emailed them straight back with everything I have mentioned above. I emailed them again yesterday 11/10/2023. I still haven't heard anything back, that was 3 days ago. Yes you did offer us to change rooms and we explained that a member of our party was post stroke and we couldn't move unless he was being moved too. When we checked in the man on reception offered a room on the ground level for him, we explained then too that he wasn't comfortable with us not being close by in case he had any issues.
