    Pros: The property was perfect for our short stay in Santa Barbara. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, very central. Great communication and lovely staff.
    Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

    Pros: the absolute most perfect location in santa barbara! lovely water and tea available in the afternoon. Really cool and nostalgic property. Easy to have a pupy and stay here which was a huge bonus

    Pros: Location good. Beds very comfortable.
    Cons: Not much public space. Tiny , slow elevator. We had an Ada room which had little counter space in the bathroom and a tub no walk-in shower.

    Pros: I surprised my girlfriend with a weekend bday trip and wanted to make sure I didn't miss a single detail... Well, I did miss, but the staff helped me ever step of the way. I didn't book a spa treatment in time, they found a backup spa in quickly. I asked for them to pop into our room for surprise preparations after we went to dinner, they delivered. Just a great vibe, overall. I'm grateful.

    Lovely way to visit Santa...

    Pros: Lovely hotel. It looks like it is an old hotel but the place is updated and very comfortable. Plenty of eating options within walking distance. Even the beach is not too far away.
    Cons: My husband is not crazy about parking fees, but old hotels did not consider cars. The valet was very convenient and you did have in and out privileges.

    Pros: State street shops and restaurants outside the door. Older unique ambiance.
    Cons: Musty perfume Odor in hallway 2nd floor and slow elevator. Finding entrance to Parking. I had to call to fiqure out how to enter since state street is blocked off. Parking fees.
