    You need to take this listing off your site. I won't ever go there again. Booking made a mistake w

    Pros: The breakfast was some old cereal and funky looking bagels. There was no way we were going to experiment with the food. Served in a small office area, seating outside and it was foggy and cold.
    Cons: The TV in the room next door was very loud at 10pm. I called the office and all that happened was that it was turned down. At 4:30am after not sleeping much, I had to bang on the wall for 5 minutes before it was turned down. The manager that I called in the morning didn't care and started to tell me that I was the problem.

    excellent choice in Santa Barbara area

    Pros: The hotel is well situated in Carpinteria, close to the downtown part. It was clean and very comfortable in the room. They even give you a little free breakfast in the morning (tea/coffee and bagel/toast/cereal). All rooms are on ground level.
    Cons: Most rooms had parking spots just outside of them. However, for our room (between reception and the road), we had to park just across the lot.

    Pros: there was NO BREAKFAST offered.
    Cons: front desk was not agreeable to rescheduling. there was an evacuation order in place due to heavy rain and flooding. Front Desk manager, Mia, refused to allow for a reschedule. Our room was supposed to have a fireplace which it DID NOT!! Smoke alarms did not have mandatory batteries!!!

    This hotel is definitely a choice place to stay in Carpenteria.

    Pros: The staff was wonderful and I loved the jacuzzi tub. I traveled with my husband to celebrate his birthday so the jacuzzi was great. The hotel is beautiful.

    Pros: Our family rates our experience as a 1 out of 5 due to finding a couple of roaches near the wall where the TV is installed. This impacted our rest negatively, resulting in a terrible experience. Please ensure your housekeeping team is informed so they can improve their cleaning efforts. Thank you.

    Cons: We were scammed. I prepaid for a king suite spa. The office closed at 11pm. They called us several times to touch base on our arrival. We had an email with our reservation details and suite details. They left our key for pick up after a long drive from out of town They left us keys to a basic cheap room that smelled so badly of weed They left windows open to air it out. The room had no hair dryer, coffee maker or anything that even basic rooms usually have. There was no employee on sight until the following day but the 2 working there had no clue how to find out why we were scammed. They also said no rooms come with hairdryer or anything. We are still trying to get our money back we paid for the most expensive room.
