Cheap & cheerful, great location!

Pros: Great location, right near the metro, restaurants & shops. Very good value for money. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Cons: Hotel was tired & quite basic but for the price, can't really complain!

Try to get a renovated...

Pros: We stayed in room 319 (non-renovated) and room 210 (renovated). The beds were extremely comfortable in both rooms. There is a kettle in the renovated room. There is a full-length mirror in the non-renovated room. The location was prime. The evening staff were accommodating and friendly! I’ve had several conversations with them regarding French culture and lifestyles.

Cons: We were first placed in room 319. Upon our arrival, the room had a very heavy stench. We ignored it and it disappeared the very next morning. We should have said something because the odour reappeared on the second night. We were moved to Room 210 on the third day because the toilet in the original room broke when we were outside. The rooms on the second floor are renovated (the rooms on the 3rd floor) are NOT renovated. Despite the renovations, not everything was perfect. You could not get a wifi signal in room 210 (especially by the window). The shower stall is poorly designed; a large puddle of water would accumulate at your feet when showering. The water cannot be drained properly in the shower. There are no fans in either bathrooms, so mold will form over time. The owners should not be placing guests in inadequate stinky rooms when there are renovated rooms available. The day staff was more serious than the night staff. The night staff was more jovial and understand the value of customer service.

Cons: staff was very rude, room location was very bad i could not even know if it is day or night ourside as the window of my room is facing a sort of generator or something lke this. the room did not smell good and not clean bathroom was very small and the shower was super tiny not even comfortable for a shower the lighting at the room was bad but all the bad things in the room were not as bad as the person at the reception. never talked to someine that is that rude and that disrespectful i was on vacation and he was able to ruin it with his rudness

Pros: The location is perfect. That is the only bonus point. Staff were kind and spoke a good English. Cleaners were lovely.

Cons: I had a reasonable room to share with my son on 2nd floor. However, I was lucky. On 4th floor it is a completely different story. Literally a room for servants. Small, old, dirty.
