Brilliant Boutique Hotel With Great Transport Links

Pros: The location was amazing with great transport links that we used to travel to both Disneyland(50 mins via train) and centre of Paris. Lovely clean rooms and the staff were super accommodating. The breakfast was a plus and my daughter couldnt get enough of the crepes and croissants

I would not stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Pros: The breakfast facilities were nice, and the staff was pleasant in the mornings.

Cons: I did not like the gentleman upon check-in, and he was not friendly or helpful. When we got to the room, the air conditioning was not on, and the room was not cool, and when we called downstairs, he told us to just open the window and we could not adjust air conditioning. We asked him if he had a fan and he said they did not provide fans however, the next morning we asked a different team member and they brought an air conditioning unit to put in the window of our bedroom. The refrigerator in the wooden unit was broken and it was pushed back and had fallen into the wooden unit . The bathrooms had mold and lifting caulking along the baseboard that was coming up and very visible with black coloring. There was a paper tissue stuffed under the toilet in the back to prevent leaking or dripping . Its not the type of aesthetics or poor maintenance You would like to see in a Paris hotel for that pricing. Considering we paid the same price earlier in the week and stayed at a facility that was top-notch . The remainder of the staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly the second day.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast, stylish design of room, helpful staff and clean! You can find Dyson hair dryer in 4stars hotel and it's exceptional! They upgrade our room to the bigger one free of charge

Cons: The only matter was shower that it didn't have a curtain or a glass door which was useful in order for water no go to the ground. However the overall concept of washroom was amazing and stylish.

Pros: The front desk women were superbly helpful. Even when I needed to stay an extra night they mad it possible. The housekeeping staff was as communicative as they could be and always available for your needs.

Cons: I would have preferred a bit closer to city centre but I managed. I only walk so it was a bit far. I did 11 miles a day rather than 8 or so.
