    If you would like to stay somewhere away from all the tourists, this location is ideal

    Pros: Location was fabulous away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists and it had everything you needed staff were fantastic.

    Pros: The pool area is stunning! Very relaxing with great view!
    Cons: A lot of work to get there from the Marina and back! If staying only one night, not advisable to book this hotel, especially if traveling with more luggage than a lightweight backpack!

    Beautiful hotel and great location.

    Pros: Beautiful hotel and pool with amazing view!
    Cons: The only complaint was no hot water upon arrival and very low water pressure in both bathrooms. The breakfast was also good but not exceptional.

    Cons: My husband does not drink so if they carried a non alcoholic beer that would have been great.

    Would go back again and stay at this property when we visit Capri again!

    Pros: Our room was amazing. We had a two bedroom suite that also had a living area and a large terrace with a sea view. The walk is about 10-15 minutes from the Piazza. Staff was friendly and they helped with our luggage transportation and a pickup shuttle from the marina. The breakfast was great!
    Cons: The room should have an iron. They did bring a steamer upon request.

    Im so grateful for the staff, the people of Capri, and the people of Italy for an awesome experience that will bring us

    Pros: Location was close and convenient to action, but quiet. Property and room was clean, tasteful, and GORGEOUS! All staff was friendly and helpful. I could tell some are tired from a long hot season, but they still worked hard to keep guests happy and fulfill expectations. This was our first time in Italy, especially Capri, and WHEN we come back, Hotel Mamela will have our reservation! Thank you for a perfect bucket list 40th B day trip and we cant wait to come back! Grazie mille from Jacksonville, FL!!
    Cons: Not that WiFi is important when in paradise in Capri, but it did not hold a connection in our room. Says it connects, but its so weak nothing works. Very minor problem for me as my priority is spent on my surroundings, not being on WiFi in paradise.

    Pros: Amazing!!! Such a beautiful hotel from the minute you stepped through the front door. Never wanted to leave the pool, great sun beds, pool and attentive staff to help with every whim. A peace of heaven. Use the shuttle bus to get your luggage down to ferry.. 15 euros each piece. Saved a lot of hassle. Capri in the evening great once the day 'tourists' have gone.

    a great place ideally located near the centre

    Pros: Great location, good facilities, nice staff. Make sure you use their portering service to gets your suitcases to/from the hotel (15 euros/bag)
    Cons: Too many wasps in the restaurant
