    Pros: Nothing. I would never stay there again!
    Cons: So many things were substandard. The linens had stains, the shower curtain had nasty stains on the inside, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The scariest thing was that the hairdryer could not be turned off. When we checked out we told the FD.

    Cons: The pictures they show about hotel are all a lie. This place is a dump! We had no electricity when we got in the room. Not enough towels and the beds were from the 80s. Paint is old and stained on walls. Water stairs on Ceiling from upstairs water damage

    Pros: The AC was working fine. Its an old hotel but all the amenities are available except microwave. The room was clean. So i recommend it other users.
    Cons: There should be a fridge and microwave in the room. That is the only downside. Also they charge 6 euro tax per night as compare to other which charge 2.4 or 3 euro in tax

    Convenient and value for money.

    Pros: It was close to a tram station to travel straight into Florence.
    Cons: No breakfast option, bit dated, some ants in bathroom. Bit of a scary lift.

    Pros: The staff was very accomodating. The room got cleaned daily! It was good for a long stay over all.
    Cons: The bed was not as soft as I personally would have prefered. The walls are thin and the guests in my neighbouring room were noisy - not the hotels fault though.
