Cons: It was dark and not very clean. The decor was outdated and it didnt smell very fresh. Not very kid friendly with very small rooms and one tiny elevator to get up in a stroller to the floors

Pros: Great price! It was in a very ideal location of South Beach. Easy to walk to many restaurants and nightclubs. Close to the actual beach.

Cons: Room was rather small. There were 2 of us prior to a week long cruise and there was barely enough space to move around the room with all of our luggage. The night staff (stayed 2/9/2024) was very rude. He didnt want to help us at all and seemed irritated that we were there. We asked him if he could print our cruise documents and he got an instant attitude. Theres was no help with luggage at night nor in the morning when we left.

Cons: Room was rather small. There were 2 of us prior to a week long cruise and there was barely enough space to move around the room with all of our luggage.
