    run-down but great location

    Pros: the staff were very pleasant. it's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but considering that the beach is 5-min walking distance and there is free parking, it's not bad.

    I would stay there again!

    Pros: I really liked the location itself. It is not far away from the Beaches in Miami, but also not too central to be bothersome. I did not use the pool, but other guests seemed to frequent it, so it must be decent. The parking permit is really helpful and there are a handful of parking spots, although it is not a guarantee. If the bathroom are nice and clean, you know they are doing a good job, which was the case!
    Cons: I feel like the parking spots were not ideally used. Could have been more, but I was lucky. The room itself had a slight smell of old to it, which unfortunately even stuck to some of my clothes. Some parts of the room were not as well cleaned as others, but it was not too bad. The AC was also a bit too loud and some options did not fully work.

    Pros: It was clean, and the location was good.
    Cons: The TV didn't work, when I called to the office the man claimed he didn't know how to fix it and didn't even bother to come loom at it. Horrible customer service!

    5 minute walk to the...

    Pros: This was a great location, a 5-minute walk to the beach. There is an awesome park you walk through to get to the beach. There are grills and walking trails. The rooms are cozy with a refrigerator. There is a microwave in the office lobby along with a few vending machines. Parking was a bit scarce at night. Overall a great value. It's about 30 minutes from the airport.
    Cons: The lamp didn't work.
