    Pros: Not one thing, horrible experience, I could've went somewhere else better for the same amount of money.
    Cons: The room had two dead bugs in it. A horrible smell, and it was very dirty. Nothing was wiped down. It was dust everywhere, and the light fixture was broken in the bathroom.

    Cons: The room was disgustingly filthy, the shower and sink moldy. I had to go down to the office and get clean sheets and blankets, as well as ask the housekeeper for cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom. And still have not received my 100.00 deposit

    What a nightmare in paradise

    Pros: Location near the turnpike and 95, lots of local shopping
    Cons: Overall the room needs a whole revamp, its great if you’re looking to take advantage of the fridge and the stove. However coming into the room the bed is ripped, the seats for the table need some tlc, and the bathroom overall was horrendous, inside the toilet look like they have a washing it was dead flies in it. Along with the tub like if there was dry paint and like specs of hard paint in it, I had to re-rinse the whole tub before I have my daughter take a bath.

    Pros: Like the location. Close to places we go to
    Cons: Room was dirty and anything metal is rusty or in bad condition. Overall this whole property probably needs a remodel if this room looks like the rest of them. Also looks like people live in the rooms on the property.

    Cons: When checking-in they ask for deposit. When checking-out they do not return your deposit telling go anywhere and complain, complain to Booking.com, they don't care. We left the room absolutely normal and not broke anything or something happened. No one give me any other information that deposit cannot be returned.

    A good staff can't overcome...

    Pros: The price was as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. Florida is a tough place for insects when you have a door that opens to the outside, so I have some grace for a few insects. The bed was comfortable.
    Cons: A good staff can't overcome this location. There is only so much they can do with the neighborhood and the local clientele who will want to utilize an extended stay option. We saw staff cleaning, but it was difficult for them to keep up with trash being left outside, etc. It was my fault for not doing more research and reading reviews. It was the only place I could find in my price range for the date I stayed, so it met a need.

    Pros: The bed was comfortable
    Cons: Turning in the parking lot the first thing you saw was a sign for police vehicles only, along side a police car. That does not give one a safe feeling. The clerk was behind plexiglas with a locked door. The facility was old, outdated and in disrepair. There was mold in the shower grout, a hole in the bathroom door. The complimentary continental breakfast consisted of a beverage and a stale prepackaged muffin. With the exception of a friendly check in clerk the stay was a terrible experience. This is by far the worst hotel I have booked through booking. Com. I would not recommend this property.
